Hello brides of Picture Infinity Studios! Have we (or you) trashed your dress? Is it dirty? Soiled? You want it pristine? We have worked with the Bridal Connection to get Picture Infinity brides $25 OFF a dress cleaning. The coupon expires 30 days after your wedding so unfortunately this is for new clients and those who we haven’t shot with yet only but if you really want it let me know and I’ll see what we can hook you up with! You need to email me to get the coupon - let me know if you want one! The Bridal Connection does a great job cleaning & restoring dresses and if you’re going to save & hang, or we trashed/dirtied/partied, hopefully this helps fix er right up!

We finally scheduled and shot a Trash the Dress session July 14th (I’m posting this on the 16th but you won’t be reading it until the 18th or so - we’re going on vacation so I’m postdating a bunch of posts to catch up!)
The first most important thing for me to mention is that Pam is NOT a paid model here! She’s a former bride of ours. Here’s a wedding shot!

Because of the proliferation of “fake” trash sessions with models, I thought I’d point that out.
So how did we Trash the Dress? Let’s see:
* Mud
* Algae
* Hay Bales
* Water
* Waterfalls
* Sand & Mud
How DIDN’T we trash it?!!? Our goal was to create some interesting and fun photos of a bride really enjoying herself in ways that aren’t possible before and during the wedding. I hope you enjoy the photos - this was a LOT of fun and we want to do it again soon!!! I have so many ideas and would love to hear yours. Trash sessions are $80 per hour and $120 for a full disk of images (Tracie this will not apply to you for the session).

So how is a trash the dress session done? Let’s just say it’s a Trash the Photographer session as well! Here are some images and their setup image.

Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you to Pam for doing this with us!!! We took about 1700 shots in 5 hours, we hit a TON of great spots and we grabbed everything EVERYTHING we could think of! You were awesome and we had a fantastic time!! We love you!!!!!

I have to say that I started today’s wedding very very tired. We shot from 10am Saturday until 7pm. Coming into Kristin & Eric’s wedding we were cranking down the caffeine, trying to get a running start! It was not necessary - as soon as we got to the Fulton Alliance Church, Kristin & Eric’s wedding carried us along for the rest of the day. Definitely the best Justin’s Grill wedding we’ve had in at least 2 years. During the ceremony we got to see one of our favorite videographers - Marybeth Longo from Video Memories. I highly recommend her for your videos! SERIOUSLY! And it’s not even because she gives great hugs when she sees us! Once the reception started, we traded Marybeth in for Jack Jones from Jones Tones DJs. Jack is a heckuva funny guy! I love receptions with Jack. People dance, have fun and just generally enjoy themselves. Jones Tones is ALSO a recommended Picture Infinity vendor. As you can see, the day itself ROCKED. It was a beautiful day outside. The bride & groom are madly in love (that helps, believe it or not!) Anyways, too much talking, not enough photos.

This shot reminds me why I love weddings. You NEVER know what you are going to get going in.
